These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website allamericanhauling.net and the junk removal, hauling, and demolition services provided by All American Hauling & Demolition ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide junk removal, debris hauling, property cleanouts, and light demolition throughout the East Bay. Services are subject to availability, crew scheduling, and site conditions.

Quotes, estimates, and pricing

Any price quoted by phone, text, or online is a good-faith estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site once we see the actual volume, weight, materials, and access. You will be told the final price before we begin the work, and you may decline.

Booking and scheduling

Appointments booked through our scheduling tool or by phone are estimated arrival windows, not exact times, and may shift due to traffic, prior jobs, weather, or dump/transfer-station hours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of service.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure you have the right to dispose of the items and that they are yours to remove.
• Provide safe, legal access to the items and the property.
• We do not haul hazardous materials (including but not limited to chemicals, wet paint, solvents, asbestos, or certain electronics) except where lawful and agreed in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All American Hauling & Demolition is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis; we carry insurance and will work in good faith to resolve any issue.

Governing law
