These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website allamericanhauling.net and the junk removal, hauling, and demolition services provided by All American Hauling & Demolition ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide junk removal, debris hauling, property cleanouts, and light demolition throughout the East Bay. Services are subject to availability, crew scheduling, and site conditions.
Any price quoted by phone, text, or online is a good-faith estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site once we see the actual volume, weight, materials, and access. You will be told the final price before we begin the work, and you may decline.
Appointments booked through our scheduling tool or by phone are estimated arrival windows, not exact times, and may shift due to traffic, prior jobs, weather, or dump/transfer-station hours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of service.
When you provide your mobile number you consent to receive text messages from All American Hauling & Demolition related to your quote, appointment, and service. That consent is given in one of three ways: by texting us first, by entering your number on a booking or quote form on our website, or by telling us yes when we ask you on a phone call. These are conversational, customer-care messages tied to a job you contacted us about; we do not send recurring marketing blasts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All American Hauling & Demolition is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
